Tuesday, I finally have time to visit this exhibitions showcases for the photographer Chen Fuli. The exhibition is shown at the University Museum and Art Gallery, The University of Hong Kong. This show will be ended until this November 27th, 2005. Please check this website for detail.
His salon photograph is very impressive you can find. One of the attractive is the comparision of silver print against digital print. Another, the pictures document an important period of development in the history of photograph in Hong Kong.
Don't forget to check the book of Chen Fuli collection, I find a lot of his photograph mix with Chinese painting; together the result is so amazing.
This exhibition gives deep though about what really photograph is like a art.
